The ONE Power-Up Game Card allows you to purchase virtual goods (characters, game items, accessories, etc.) that can be used to enhance your gaming experience and compete more effectively against other opponents.

How does my game card work?

1. Purchase your ONE Power-Up Game Card at any participating location.

2. Redeem your ONE Power-Up Game Card at www.Onegamecard.com or at any participating game site to add funds to your account.

3. Allocate and spend your funds on the games and virtual goods you want

What denominations is the ONE Power-Up Game Card available in?

ONE Power-Up Game Cards are primarily sold in $10 and $20 denominations. Other denominations may also be available through other independent retailers.

Do I have to use my card balance all at once?

No, you can use a much or as little of the card balance as you like. To use your balance on multiple game sites, you must first register on ONEgamecard.com. You will be asked to set up your Power Pay service and your Power Code. Your Power Code will allow you secure access to your Power Cash at any participating game site.

Can I return my card, get a refund or cash out my remaining balance?

No. All ONE Power-Up Game Card sales are final and no refunds or remaining balance cash outs will be given. ONE Power-Up Game Card, Open Network Entertainment or any of their affiliates are also not responsible for lost, stolen or unauthorized use of PINs.

I want to play a specific game on the ONEgamecard.com site, but I can't find a ONE Power-Up Game Card in my local store that features that specific game.

You can buy any ONE Power-Up Game Card, and use it for any game displayed on ONEgamecard.com - regardless of the game(s) featured on the front of the ONE Power-Up Game Card.

Will my game card expire?

ONE Power-Up Game Card balances expire 12 months from date of purchase. Purchasers may also be subject to additional fees for balances remaining after 6 months of non-use.

How do I check my available balance?

Upon redemption of your first ONE Power-Up Game Card you will be asked for your email address. This allows us to send you confirmation messages, providing proof that your game card was redeemed, as well as your available card balance. It also allows you the ability to manage your account and check your balance, simply by visiting OneGameCard.com, logging in with your email address and clicking my account.

Please Note: checking your account balance of your ONE Power-Up Game Card is a feature only available at ONEgamecard.com.

How much do game items (virtual goods) cost?

The cost of individual game items are determined by the game publishers and will vary. For more information on costs of virtual goods, please visit the participating game’s publisher.

Can I split the value of a card among games?

Yes. However you must not only have value in your ONE Power-Up Game Card account, but you must also be a registered ONE Power-Up Game Card member.

Registration is simple. Visit ONEgamecard.com, follow the instructions to become a member, sign up for our Power Pay service and create your specialized Power Code which will then be used as entry (your direct connection) to our participating sites.

Can I use my entire balance on a specific game site?

Yes. You can use your entire One PowerUp Game Card value on one specific game site, so long as they are a game partner of One Power-Up Game Card
